Hannah Einbinder is the most electrifying TV star of 2022 according to Us Weekly

TV shows in 2022 have been full of riveting performances, but none as captivating as Hannah Eibinder on HBOMax tricks — that is why it has been named us weeklyThe most electrifying TV star of the year.

“It’s a great honor. I know there are many electrifying stars that grace the cover of U.S so I am much more pleased to be included,” said Einbinder, 26, exclusively. U.S on Saturday September 10. “It’s really great for me just because I definitely struggle with self-doubt sometimes like a lot of artists and like a lot of people. So that kind of vote of confidence is actually a very good thing.”

He continued: “I think [this honor] it just means, like, standing out and surprising, which certainly surprised me in my journey as an actor, my very short new journey in this space. I think it’s a fun, shocking, new feeling.”

After starting out in stand-up comedy, Einbinder eventually landed the role of young writer Ava Daniels in tricks. The comedy series, which premiered on the streaming platform last year, has since been praised for its television achievement. The California native even earned a nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series at the 2022 Primetime Emmy Awards, airing on NBC on Monday, September 12 at 8 p.m. ET.

“There are so many people around me inside tricks and inside the [show’s] writers room and crew members on set who make me feel at ease every day when I go to work and that’s really helpful because when I’m left to my own devices, I can get into my head about my work, Einbinder said U.S about working on the award-winning series. “I think for me there is a kind of dichotomy between acting and stand-up. [comedy]. I feel much more confident [standup] Just because of the years I’ve spent uploading every night and developing my own stuff. And there’s something about writing for yourself that’s a little safer because you know the intent. [and] how it should be done”.

Despite less pressure when she has taken the stage with her own elaborate material, the Emmy nominee has been “very lucky” to be surrounded by an “incredible and charming [and] support group” to help her get up.

Einbinder, who co-stars tricks with serial cable smart jean — even noted that he felt like a “fish out of water” while filming season 1.

“It all happened so fast and I was just trying to get over it and be acceptably good and just, like, not get fired and replaced,” he said. north hollywood the actress admitted U.S on Saturday. “But [filming] the second season, there was a fan base and people who reacted so lovingly to welcome the show.”

Einbinder added, “I think there will be a different version of my journey with the show as the seasons progress and continue. But the second season [in particular]I felt like I was in a better place just because of all the wonderful outpouring of support from critics and fans that were on the show. I leaned a lot into that.”
