According to new reports, the unidentified woman recently submitted a formal letter to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office calling for the “immediate arrest and prosecution” of Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears.
@LATimes reports earlier today that the woman who filed a official lawsuit against Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears due to allegations that the two sexually abused her and her brother as children while appearing in a comedy skit, she is now taking a more serious step. She has just sent a letter to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office requesting that Tiffany and Aries be immediately arrested and prosecuted due to their allegations. In the letter to Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascon, the woman details that she and her brother initially filed a police report against Tiffany and Aries in January 2020 in Las Vegas, but says Las Vegas police passed the case to LAPD that “has done nothing with this complaint.”
Her letter to the district attorney’s office further alleges that the Los Angeles police officer assigned to her case, identified as Detective Eastborn, allegedly told her and her mother that her sexual assault complaint was “not a top priority.” ” because “there are children who are being abused”. Currently.” A portion of her letter about Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears also reads, “My brother and I are prepared to speak with the investigators and prosecutors in your office and provide irrefutable evidence to support our allegations.”
